lost Caravaggio Painting
I’m currently trying to make a portrait of what is believed to be a 400-year-old lost Caravaggio painting by many experts. It was found by accident when the owners of a house near Toulouse went to fix a leak in the ceiling. It represents the beheading of the general Holofernes by Judith and was painted between 1600 and 1610 according to specialists.
I’m quite indecisive if I should go and use Pitt Graphite Matt or charcoal. I’ve ordered charcoal Generals pencils on Amazon to give it a try, since I can’t find these type of pencils at my local store. Let’s see how this one goes :)
